You hit a limit
Your dot is on a break
# What it meansYour dot has done enough work in a short time to trip OpenAI's limit on heavy use. It stops working and answers everything with this message until the limit lifts. OpenAI doesn't publish the size of the limit or when it resets, and the message appears in your account's language.
